Step 2: Read the policy
Learn about our policies carefully, if you decide to book a tour with us, the receipt of your deposit and/or final payment will indicate that you and/or your travel agent (when applicable) have read these Terms and Conditions, and that you (and/or your agent) have accepted them. Step 3: Submit Your Booking
After you finalize the tour itinerary with your travel advisor and accept the full package with the price, please let we know, then we will reply to you to reconfirm the final tour itinerary and price quotation as well as the payment methods with calculated deposit and balance.

Step 4: Pay deposit
If everything is OK in the reconfirmation letter, please complete the payment procedures as you can find in our e-mail send to you.

Step 5: Confirm your booking

The tour arrangements and necessary bookings will be started as soon as the deposit is paid, after all the bookings are confirmed (usually 1-10 work days according to your booking time and the uniqueness of your tour), we will send you the tour contract which lists items like the obligations and responsibilities our two sides bear, the flights information, number and names of customers, the payment status (total, received and balance) and also the tour itinerary you booked etc.
